Increases made under pre vious State Wage Case principles or under the current Statement of Principles are not to be used to offset arbitrated sa fe ty net adjus tments. This first $8 per week arbitrated safety net adjustment may be offset to the ext en t of any other wage increase, whe ther an award increase, an ovcraward payment or an increase by way of enterprise arrangement. received si nce I February 1992 .
