The provisions of the Parental Leave Award - State issued on 2 March, 1992 and published in 139 QGIG 179- 184 apply to and are deemed to fonn part of this Award. It is to be noted that:- (I) part-time work can be perfom1ed by agreement in the circumstances specified in the Parental Leave Award - State. (2) a copy of the Parental Leave Award - State is required to be displayed in accordance with section 507 of the Industrial Relations Act 1990.". Dated this eighteenth day of November, 1994.
