No. 111/2003 Mental Health Act 1986 Mental Health (Fees) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 30 September 2003 Responsible Minister: BRONWYN PIKE Minister for Health SUDHA KASYNATHAN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fee for applications for a licence or renewal of a licence to perform electroconvulsive therapy. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 142 of the Mental Health Act 1986. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2003. 4. Application for licence to perform electroconvulsive therapy—fee increase In regulation 9(2) of the Mental Health Regulations 19981, for "$750.00" substitute "$772". -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R.
