In clause 8 (Travelling Time and Travell ing Al lowances) by deleting the expression "$5.42" an d inserting the expression "$ 5.87" in lieu thereoi. 2. In clause 9 (Locomotion) by deleting Ihe expressions "$0.48" and "$0 .24" and inserting the expressions "$0.52" and "$ 0.26'' res pectively in lieu thereof. . 3. By deleting clause 10 (Allowances) and inserti ng the tollowing in lieu thereof: "Allowances 1_0.( 1) An emp loyee requi red to clean toi lets for the majority of their shift or period of work, shall be paid $0.98 per day. In the case of an emergency a Bui lding Attendanl/Janitor mav be re~uired to clean toi le ts to the _exte nt, but only to the exten t, of brmgmg such toile ts to the required standard of clean liness. In such circum sta nce s, the toi let allowance shall not be pa id. (2) bnp loyees engaged for the major portion of their ti me on refuse collection an d/or disposal and/or the sorti ng or feeding of incinerators, furnaces or compactors sha ll be paid an additional $1.92 per shi ft extra. ' . (3) Leadi ng Hands shall be paid the following amounts in add1t 1on to the rate of wages prescribed:- In charge of up to 15 employees: .... . .. . . In charge of more than 15 employees: . .... . Per Week $10 .50 $ 15 .70 _( 4) Steam . Cleaners and Win9ow qeaners working on the exterior of multi -storey bu1ld 1ngs ot 23 tl oors an d higher; from a sca lfold, b osur:,'s chair or other simi lar devices, shall be paid an add 1t1 onal $1 .;;,4 for each hour or pa rt thereof, worked on or above the 23rd floor. (5) Broken Sh i ft Allowance - Where a full-t ime emp lo yee wor ks a broken sh i ft as defined, such emp lo yee shall be paid $8.43 for every sh ift so wo rked ."
