Arising from these adj ustments certain · Ex cess Payment s' have al so been iden ti fi ed and are payable 10 employees engaged in such class ifications as part of their Award Rate. These ·Excess Payments ' are not su bj ect to absorption of the Safety Net Adjustmen t. Such -Excess Payment' shall not have any subsequent percentage based wage increase applied to i t. Note 2: The supplementary payment at each class ification level incl udes an $8 .00 adjustment reflecting the application of the arbitrated Safety Net Adjustmen t Principle en unciated in the February 1994 Revi ew of Wage Fixing Princ.iples.
