An Order p ursuan t to section 44(1 )(a) and (b) tha t The Electrical Trades Un ion oi Emp l oyees of Australia, Q ueensland Branch, is to have the right to represent under the Act, the industrial in te rests oi al I categori es of empl oyees who are employed in or in connection wi th the generat ion of electrici ty at Gladstone Power St at ion including employees of contractors and/or subcontractors. J. An O rder pursuant to section 44 (1)(c) th at the Australi an Serv i ces Industri al Un ion of Emp loyees (Queensland Local Government, Energy, Ports, Info rm ation Technology, Social and Community Servi ces Branch) shall not have the right to re present un der the Act the ind us trial in te res ts of employees not id en ti fi ed in paragraph 1 above. 4. For the purp oses of i tems 1 - 5, above, the appl ic at ion does not apply to t he employees of contractors and/or subcontractors emplO)'ed in the areas of Con tract Commerci al Cl ean ing, Contract Catering and Con tract Secu rity and t he organisation who has the right to rep resen t under the Act the industri a_l interests of such employees the Australian Li quor, Hosp1ta l 1ty and Miscellaneous Wo rk ers Un ion, Qu eenslan d Branch, Union of emp loyees .
