fourteenth day of Fe bruary, 1994:-
By de leting subclause (1) of clau se 11 (Wages) and inserting
the following in lieu thereof :-

extent of any eq uivalent am ou nt in rates of pay - wheth er
overaward, award, industrial agreement or cen ified agree m en t -
in excess of the min i mum ra tes prescribed in accordance wi th the
October 1989, Sta te Wage Case dec is ion and adjusted in
accordance with the Ju ly 1991 , State Wage Case decision.
NB: The following class i fica ti ons are at this stage not
al located to a wage leve l. There ex isti ng wage rate will con ti nue
to apply as wi ll the ir existing class ifica tion .
