NOTE: The Wage Rat e includes 1he wage increases arising from St ate wage decisions wh ich have occurred since th e Award's operation, co ll oquially referred to as SEP Oct ober 1989 - 1st and 2nd Payment; SEA Ju ly 199 1 and $8 SNA. NOTE: Each classi fi cation level includes an $8.00 adjus 1ment reflecting the application of the arbitrated safety net ad j ustment principle enunci a1ed in the February 1994, Review of W age Fixing Principles.
