No. 91/2003 Partnership Act 1958 Partnership (Limited Partnerships) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 July 2003 Responsible Minister: JOHN LENDERS Minister for Consumer Affairs HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe fees payable under the Partnership Act 1958. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 80 of the Partnership Act 1958. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 28 July 2003. 4. Definition In these Regulations— "the Act" means the Partnership Act 1958. -- 2 of 3 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R. Fees required to accompany statements For the purposes of section 79B of the Act, the following fees are prescribed— (a) a statement of application for registration as a limited partnership under section 54 of the Act must be accompanied by the fee of $500.00; (b) a statement notifying a change of registered particulars of a limited partnership under section 56 of the Act must be accompanied by the fee of $70.00; (c) a statement notifying the dissolution or cessation of a limited partnership under section 72 of the Act must be accompanied by the fee of $70.00. 6. Fee for inspection The fee for an inspection of the Register under section 57 of the Act is $30.00. 7. Fee for supply of certificate An application for the supply of a certificate under section 58(2) of the Act must be accompanied by the fee of $50.00. ═══════════════ r. 5 -- 3 of 3 --
