No. 77/2003 Pathology Services Accreditation Act 1984 Pathology Services (Exempted Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Pathology Services Accreditation Board, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 24 June 2003 Responsible Minister: BRONWYN PIKE Minister for Health HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to allow the Pathology Services (Exempted Tests) Regulations 2001 to continue in operation until 30 June 2004. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 30, 30A and 40 of the Pathology Services Accreditation Act 1984. 3. Expiry date extended In regulation 5 of the Pathology Services (Exempted Tests) Regulations 20011 , for "2003" substitute "2004". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
