Pharmacists Act 1974
Pharmacists (Interim) (Fees) Regulations 2003
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governors Deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of
the Pharmacy Board of Victoria, makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase
the fees payable to the Pharmacy Board of
Victoria.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 37 of
the Pharmacists Act 1974.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
1 November 2003.

4. Substitution of regulation 22
For regulation 22 of the Pharmacists (Interim)
Regulations 20031 substitute—
"22. Fees
The fees to be paid to the Board for the
purposes of sections 11 and 15 of the Act
are—
(a) fees for examination—
for each examination
subject taken at a final
examination controlled
and directed by the Board $72.55
(b) other fees—
(i) registration of
articles of traineeship $120.90
(ii) restoration of name
to register $84.55
(iii) certificate of identity $72.55
(iv) registration after
final examination $212.70
(v) registration on
certificate of
competency from
some prescribed
body outside Victoria $181.35
(vi) temporary
registration $181.35
(vii) registration renewal $181.35
(viii) registration in all
other cases $181.35
(ix) approval of
pharmacies $288.35

(x) approval of
pharmacy
departments in
private hospitals $288.35
(xi) approval of plans and
specifications for
alterations to
pharmacies or to
pharmacy
departments in
private hospitals $288.35
(xii) for a copy of the
register $71.70
(xiii) for an extract from
the register $6.60".
