Th is Agreement sha ll be limited to t he South- Eastern Division of the State of Queensland. 1.3 Date of Op eration Th is Agreemen t shall take effect and have the force of law as from the first day of December, 1993, _an d sha ll remain ,n for ce for a perio d of twe lve (12) months therelrom. PART 2 - SUPERANN UATION 2. 1 Approved Schemes For the purposes of cla u se 14.A.(1)(a) of _the Ca fe, Restaurant and Catering Award - South -Ea st ern D1v 1s1on the Prudential Part icipating Employer Superannuation Plan is deemed to be an approved Occup at ional Superannuation Fund fo r employees of Pat io Carvery. PART 3 - CONDITIONS 3.1 Conditions of Em ploym ent Except as hereinbeiore prescribed, all condi tions of employment for the subject emp loyees shall be as prescribed by t he Ca fe, Res taurant and Catering Award - So uth- Ea stern Division.
