By deleting subcla uses (I) and (10 of cl ause 9 (Wages an d Allowances) and in serti ng the following in lieu thereof:- "( I) I he min im um ra tes of wages payable to th e following classes of employees ~hall be:- Character Performer ....... . ......... . Fntertamer ... .......... ..... ... .. . . Pcr w..:i. s 323.65 358.95 ( II} /lead Allowance - W here an employee is requ ,red to wear a cosiume compns,ng a h!'ad and body or a head and costume, of a character or animal, such employee shall be entitled lo r em ove l he headpiece al l eas ! five mi nu1es every half hour and sha ll be paid an allowanc~ of $6 12 per day. Employees must also be given the opponunity o( a rest pause out of coslume after 90 minu tes m costume.". 2: By deleting cl ause 28 (fina l Se ttlemenl) an d in se, ti ng the following new clauses in lieu thercof: - R28A .
