No. 135/2003 Road Safety Act 1986 Road Safety (Vehicles) (Registration Fees No. 2) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 18 November 2003 Responsible Minister: PETER BATCHELOR Minister for Transport SUDHA KASYNATHAN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke— (a) the Road Safety (Vehicles) (Registration Fees) Regulations 20031; and (b) the Road Safety (Vehicles) (Transfer of Registration Fees) Regulations 20032— so that the increase in fees for the registration of vehicles and the transfer of registration of vehicles implemented by those Regulations will not expire on 1 January 2004. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986. -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R. Revocation of Road Safety (Vehicles) (Registration Fees) Regulations 2003 The Road Safety (Vehicles) (Registration Fees) Regulations 2003 are revoked. 5.
