No. 3/2003 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Court Reporting (Fees) Regulations 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Attorney-General, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 January 2003 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Court Reporting (Fees) Regulations 1992 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 3/2003 Subordinate Legislation (Court Reporting (Fees) Regulations 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2003 2 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Court Reporting (Fees) Regulations 1992 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 31 January 2004. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
