No. 62/2003 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Freedom of Information (Access Charges) Regulations 1993 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Attorney-General, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 17 June 2003 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General BRIAN TUKE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Freedom of Information (Access Charges) Regulations 19931 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 62/2003 Subordinate Legislation (Freedom of Information (Access Charges) Regulations 1993 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2003 2 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Freedom of Information (Access Charges) Regulations 1993 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 6 July 2004. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
