Subordinate Legislation (Transport (Roads and
Property) Regulations 1993 - Extension of
Operation) Regulations 2003
The Governor in Council, on the certificate and
recommendation of the Minister for Transport, makes the
following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Transport (Roads and Property)
Regulations 19931 for the period specified in
regulation 3.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5 and
28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3. Extension of operation
The operation of the Transport (Roads and
Property) Regulations 1993 is extended for the
period beginning on the day on which they would
otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the
Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on
20 December 2004.
