DATE 31/10/91 JUDGMENT 1 -- 1 of 2 -- 10 HIS HONOUR: The judgment I delivered the other day will be amended so that it will read: there will be judgment for the plaintiff against the defendant and the defendant by election for $230,000 together with costs to be taxed. on the third party proceedings I find and I so order that the third party is liable to indemnify the defendant and the defendant by election for $136,388.19 being half of the amount of the plaintiff's costs.
