By adding a new subclause (c) to clause 26B (Wider Range of Duties) as follows:- "(c) To the extent that the provisions contained in this clause directly conflict with provisions con tained in the Order issued by the Commission on 4 November 1987 and published in the Queensla nd Government Industrial Gazette of21 November 1987, at pp . 358 and 359, the provisions contained in this clause shall apply for the duration of trialling of the proposed new classification structure and/or the I 991 crushing season, notwithstanding the provisions of the aforesaid Order.". 2. Bv adding a new prov ision (g) to clause 26C (Revised Classi- ficat1on Structure) as follows:- " (g) To the ex tent that the provisions contained in this clause directly conflict with provisions contained in the Order issued by the Commission on 4 November 1987 an d published in the Queensland Government industrial Gazet1e of 21 November I987, at pp. 358 and 359, the provisions contained in this clause shall apply for the duration of trialling of the proposed new classification structure and/or the 1991 crushing season, notwithstanding the provisions of the aforesaid Order.".
