FISHER VARIATION 29 May 1991 THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Commission at Brisbane on 27 Ma v 1991, this Commission doth order that the Order fixing Trading Hours - Non-Exemp t Shops Trad ing by Retail - State made by the Commission and dated 3 June I985, be varied as follows as from the seventeenth day of June, 1991:- By adding a new proviso (viii) to provision (c) of subclause (I) of clause 3 (Trading Hours) as follows:- "(viii) Provided that the closing time on all days from Monday. 17 June 1991 to Saturday, 22 June 199 1 inclusive, shall b.: 9.00 p. m. and that the trading hours on Sunday, 23 June I99 I shall be between 10.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.".
