COMMISSIONERS BO UGOU RE, FISHER • VARIATION 29 May 1991 THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Com mission at Brisbane on 27 May 1991 , this Commission doth order that the Order fix i ng Trading Hours - Non-Exempt Shops Trading by Retail.- State made by the Com mission and da ted 3 June 1985 , be vaned as follows as from the seventeenth day of June, 1991:- By addi ng a new proviso (viii) to provision (c) of subclause (I) of clause 3 (Tradi ng Hours) as follows: - " (viii) Provided that the closing time on all days from Monday, 17 June 1991 to Saturday, 22 June 1991 inclusive, shall~ 9.00 p.m. and th at the trading hours on Sunday, 23 June 199 I shall be between 10.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.".
