No. 147/2003 Victims of Crime Assistance Act 1996 Victims of Crime Assistance (Delegation) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 December 2003 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General SUDHA KASYNATHAN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the maximum amount of an interim award of assistance that may be made by a delegate under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 1996. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 72 of the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 1996. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2004. -- 2 of 3 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R.
