In clause 2 (Hours) - (a} by deletins the word "eight" where it appears on the third line of subclause (a) and substituting the figures "7.6" in lieu thereof; (b) by deleting the figure "40" where it appears on the fourth line of subclause (a) and substituting the figure "38" in lieu thereof; and (c) by inserting a new subclause (d) as follows:- "(d) Provided that notwithstanding anything contained herein _or in clause 3, the 38 hour week may be worked m accordance with the provisions of clauses 4, 4A , 4B, 13( I) and 13(5) of the Clerks and Switchboard Attendants' Award - State.". 2. By deleting fro m clause 3 (Overtime) the figu res "8" _and "40" where they appear on the first and second line respec_uvely, and substituting the figures "7.6'' and "38" respecuvely 10 heu thereof.
