INDUSTRIAL AGREEMENT COMMISS IONER SW AN 12 February I 991 VARIATION THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Commission at Brisbane on I 2 February I 99 I, this Commission doth order, by consent, that the said Industrial Agreement be varied as follows as from the fourth day of March, 1991:- 1. In clause 2 (Hours):- (a) by deleting from subclause (a) the words !lnd,,figures "eistJt .(8) in any one day or eighty (80) in any one fortmght and su_bst1tut11:ig the words and figures "7.6 in any one day or seventy-six (76) m any one fortn.igh t"; and (b) by inserting a new subclause (c) as follow s:- ·•(c) Provided that notwithstandi~g the above? !he 38 hour week may be worked in accordance with the prov1s1ons of clauses 4, 4A, 48, 13(1) and 13(5) of the Clerks and Switchboard Attendants' Award - State.". 2.
