In clause 2 (Hou r s) - (a) by deleting the words and figures "8 hours in any one day" where they appear ID subclause (a) and inserti ng the words and fi gures " 38 hours in any one week" in lieu thereof; and (b) by inserting a new subclause (e) as follo ws :- '.'(e) Provided that notwithstanding anything contained herein or ID clause 3, the 38 hour week may be worked in accordance with the provisions of clauses 4, 4A, 4B , 13(1) and 13(5) of the Clerks and Switchboard Attendants' Award - State.". 2.
