In clause 2 (Hours of Duty) - (a) by deleting the words and figures "8 in any one day or 40 hours in any one week" and substituting the words and figures "7.6 in any one day or 38 in any one week" in lieu thereof. (b) by adding the following proviso:- "Provided that notwithstanding anything contained herein or in clause 3 or 5, the 38 hour week may be worked in accordance with the provisions of clauses 4. 4A, 4B. 13( 1) and 13(5) of the Clerks and Switchboard Attendants· Award - State.". 2. By deleting from clause 3 (Shift Definitions) the figure "8" and substituting the figure "7.6" in lieu thereof. 3. By deleting from clause 5 (Overtime) the words and figures hours many one day or 40 hours many one week" and substitutini;; the words and figures "7.6 hours m any one day or 38 hours in any one week" in lieu thereof.
