INDUSTRIAL AGREEMENT COMMISSIONER SWAN 12 February I 991 VARIATION THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Commission at Bri sbane on 12 February 199 1, this Commission doth order, by ·onsem, that the said Industrial Agreement be varied as follows 1 from the fourth day of March, 1991:- 1. In clause 3 (Hours):- (a) by deleting the figures "40" and "8" where they appear on the tirst and second line respectively, and substituting the figures "38" and "7.6" respectively in lieu thereof; and (b) by adding the following proviso:- "Provided that notwithstanding the above, the 38 hour week may be worked in accordance with the provisions of clauses 4, 4A, 4B, I 3( I) and 13(5) of the Clerks and Switchboard Attendants' Award - State." . 2.
