INDUSTRIAL AGREEMENT COMMISSIONER SWAN I 2 February 199 I VARIATION THI S matter coming on for hearing before the Commission at Bri sbane on 12 February I 99 I, this Commission doth order, by consem, that the said Industrial Agreement be varied as follows as from the fourth day of March, 199 I:- I. In clause 2 ( Hours):- (a) by deleting from subclause (a) the words and figures "eight (8) hours in any one day or forty (40) hours in any one week" and substituting the words and figures "7 .6 in any one day or 38 in any one week" in lieu thereof; and (b) by inserti ng a new subclause (e) as follows:- "(e) Provided that notwithstanding anything contained herein or in clause 3, the 38 hour wee k may be worked in accordance wi th the provisions of clauses 4, 4A , 4B, 13( 1) and 13(5) of the Clerks and Switchboard Attendants' Award - State.". 1 2. By deleting from clause 3 (Overtime) the words and figures "eight (8) hours in any one day or forty (40) hours in anv one wee k" and substituting !he words and figures "7 .6 hours in anyt one day or 38 hours in any one week' ' in lieu thereof.
