No. 103/2002 Casino Control Act 1991 Casino Control (Prescribed Authorities and Persons) Regulations 2002 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 October 2002 Responsible Minister: JOHN PANDAZOPOULOS Minister for Gaming HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe authorities and persons to whom information may be divulged under section 151(3)(b) of the Casino Control Act 1991. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 167 of the Casino Control Act 1991. 3. Revocation The following Regulations are revoked— (a) Casino Control (Prescribed Authorities and Persons) Regulations 19921 ; (b) Casino Control (Prescribed Authorities and Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 2 ; -- 2 of 7 -- S.R.
