No. 55/2002 County Court Act 1958 County Court (Chapter II Amendment No. 5) Rules 2002 A majority of the Judges of the County Court makes the following Rules: 1. Object The object of these Rules is to amend Rule 14.10 of the County Court Miscellaneous Rules 1999 to provide that Rule 42.10 of Chapter I does not apply to any criminal proceeding in the Court. 2. Authorising provisions These Rules are made under section 78 of the County Court Act 1958 and all other enabling powers. 3. Commencement These Rules come into operation on 1 July 2002. 4. Subpoena for production before registrar inapplicable In Rule 14.01 of the County Court Miscellaneous Rules 19991 , after "Chapter I" insert ", apart from Rule 42.10,". -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
