No. 60/2002 Gas Safety Act 1997 Gas Safety (Gas Appeals Board) (Revocation) Regulations 2002 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 July 2002 Responsible Minister: CANDY BROAD Minister for Energy and Resources HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Gas Safety (Gas Appeals Board) Regulations 2000. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 118 of the Gas Safety Act 1997. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 29 July 2002. 4.
