Increases made under previous State Wage Case Principles or unde; the current Statement of Principles arc not to be used to offset arbitrated safety net :1djustme11!s. This first, second :ind third $8 per week arbitrated safoty net adjustments rrwy be offset to the extent of any other wage increase, whether an award increase, an overaward payn1ent or an increase by \Nay of enterprise arrangen1ent, received since l February l 992.
