This Order shall be known as the Mica Creek Power Stat10n Interim Representation Order 1997. 2. The Automotive, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kmdred Industries Industrial Union of Employees. Queensland ("the AMWU'') has the right to represent under the Act the industrial interests of all persons employed or to be employed by Austa North Wesl Operations Pty Ltd C'the Ai\WO") ar Mica Creek Power Station. 3. The AMWU shall have the right conferred by paragraph 2 above to the exclusion of all other registered organisations. 4. All other registered organisations shall not have the right to represent under the Act the industrial interests of persons employed or to be employed by ANWO at Mica Creek Power Station. 5.
