7 .7 .1 Upon written application by an en1p!oyce. to an e,npioyer ~uch

two months notice, such employee may be granted up to thrc,e working day,
leave (non-cun1t.dative.) on ordinary pay to attend courses and seminars
conducted by the Australian Trade Union Training Authmit:, /TUTA)

ordinary rate paid to the employee exclusive of any allo1,,vanci.:: i{)r travelling
time and fares.
