DECISION The transcript of the proceedings before Commissioner Dempsey on 13th November, 1996 has been considered by the full Bench allocated to deal with that part of the application seeking to reduce standard hours horn forty to thirty-eight. The Full Bench notes the opposition to the application advanced by the Queensland Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Simultaneously we have noted the cost minimisations proposed by the applicant In full we are satisfied that the Commission's principles wilh respect to a reduction in standard hours has been complied with.
