In clause I (Arrangement of Award)·- (a) by deleting the words and figure ''Exemption of Charitable Institutions .. ... 19"; aud (b) by deleting the words and figure "Clothing .................. 25". 2. Hy deleting clause 19 (Exemption of Charitable Institutions) and inserting the following in lieu thercof:- "19. Deleted by Order of the Commission dated 28 January 1997 ." 3. Ry deleting the wo1J ·'female" fiom v.here it appeais in clau:-,e 23 (Sitting Accommodation). 4. By deleting clause 25 (Clothing) a!ld in:-.erting the following in lieu thereof: "25.Deieted by Order of the Commission dated 28 Jw1uary I 997:' 5. By deleting clause 27 (Aprons) and inserting the following in lieu thereof:- "27. Uniforms and Protective Clothing (I l The e111ploye1 shall, where necessary. supply employees with adequate waterproof or other protective equipment or clothing: Provided that the employe1 shall reimburse the employee for any reasonable cost incurred upon proof of such cost, where the employees supply waterproof aprons or other protective clothing. (2) Where employees arc required to wear a uniform or any other distinctive type of clothing, such uniform or clothing shall be supplied, maintained and laundered at the employers expense, and shall be the property of such employer.".
