Inland Fisheries Amendment Regulations 2026
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the
Inland Fisheries Act 1995 . 9 June 2026 B. BAKER Governor By Her Excellency's Command, G. B. PEARCE Minister for Primary Industries and Water
1.
Short title
These regulations may be cited as the
Inland Fisheries Amendment Regulations 2026 .
2.
Commencement
These regulations take effect on 1 August 2026.
3.
Principal Regulations
In these regulations, the
Inland Fisheries Regulations 2019
are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4.
The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Inland Fisheries Regulations 2019 .
5.
The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Inland Fisheries Regulations 2019 .
6.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Inland Fisheries Regulations 2019 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 17 June 2026 These regulations are administered in the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania.
