No. 133/2002 Private Agents Act 1966 Private Agents (Interim) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 17 December 2002 Responsible Minister: ANDRÉ HAERMEYER Minister for Police and Emergency Services HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Private Agents (Interim) Regulations 2002 to 30 March 2003. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 4(2) and 51 of the Private Agents Act 1966. 3. Extension of expiry date In regulation 29 of the Private Agents (Interim) Regulations 2002 1 , for "30 December 2002", substitute "30 March 2003". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
