For reasons given on transcript, weighing the matters set out in s.366(2), I determined to exercise my discretion to grant a further period for Mr Sustreren-Parkes to make his application in C2026/6249 to 11 July 2026. [2] Having determined the jurisdictional objection, I conducted a conference to deal with the dispute as required by s.368 and issued a certificate under s.368(3)(a).
