Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Business Names Regulations (No. 2) 1992 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 47/2002 Subordinate Legislation (Business Names Regulations (No. 2) 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2002 2 3.
