No. 119/2002 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Public Records Regulations 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2002 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Arts, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 8 November 2002 Responsible Minister: MARY DELAHUNTY Minister for Arts HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Public Records Regulations 19921 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Public Records Regulations 1992 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 9 November 2003. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
