No. 3/2002 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Survey Co-ordination (Surveys) Regulations 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2002 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Environment and Conservation, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 January 2002 Responsible Minister: SHERRYL GARBUTT Minister for Environment and Conservation HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Survey Co-ordination (Surveys) Regulations 1992 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 3/2002 Subordinate Legislation (Survey Co-ordination (Surveys) Regulations 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2002 2 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Survey Co-ordination (Surveys) Regulations 1992 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 31 January 2003. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
