No. 34/2002 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Surveyors (Fees) Regulations 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2002 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governors Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Environment and Conservation, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 21 May 2002 Responsible Minister: SHERRYL GARBUTT Minister for Environment and Conservation HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Surveyors (Fees) Regulations 19921 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 34/2002 Subordinate Legislation (Surveyors (Fees) Regulations 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2002 2 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Surveyors (Fees) Regulations 1992 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 17 August 2003. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
