No. 93/2002 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Zoological Parks and Gardens (Administration) Regulations 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2002 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Environment and Conservation, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 1 October 2002 Responsible Minister: SHERRYL GARBUTT Minister for Environment and Conservation HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Zoological Parks and Gardens (Administration) Regulations 19921 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Zoological Parks and Gardens (Administration) Regulations 1992 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 93/2002 Subordinate Legislation (Zoological Parks and Gardens (Administration) Regulations 1992 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2002 2 of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 16 November 2003. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
