No. 10/2001 Cemeteries Act 1958 Cemeteries (Incorporation of Trusts) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 February 2001 Responsible Minister: JOHN THWAITES Minister for Health HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to incorporate an additional 6 cemetery trusts and abolish 3 cemetery trusts. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 3 and 92 of the Cemeteries Act 1958. 3. Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Cemeteries (Incorporation of Trusts) Regulations 19951 are called the Principal Regulations. 4. Additional cemetery trusts incorporated -- 2 of 7 -- S.R. Abolition of cemetery trusts (1) A cemetery trust listed in column 1 of the table is abolished and all its assets and liabilities are transferred to the cemetery trust listed in column 2 of the table opposite the first cemetery trust.
