No. 105/2001 Evidence Act 1958 Evidence (Affidavits and Statutory Declarations) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 October 2001 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe Police Administration Officer of classification PAO2 to PAO5 (inclusive) as classifications in the public service for the purposes of witnessing affidavits and statutory declarations. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 152(2) of the Evidence Act 1958. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
