No. 161/2001 Freedom of Information Act 1982 Freedom of Information (Amendment) Regulations 2001 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 18 December 2001 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend Part 2 of the Schedule to the Freedom of Information Regulations 1998 by substituting Racing Victoria for Victoria Racing Club. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 66 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982. 3.
