No. 126/2001 Lotteries Gaming and Betting Act 1966 Lotteries Gaming and Betting (Search Warrant) Regulations 2001 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 November 2001 Responsible Minister: JOHN PANDAZOPOULOS Minister for Gaming HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe a form for search warrants issued under the Lotteries Gaming and Betting Act 1966. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 86 of the Lotteries Gaming and Betting Act 1966. 3.
