No. 52/2001 Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958 Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2001 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 5 June 2001 Responsible Minister: ANDRÉ HAERMEYER Minister for Police and Emergency Services HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase fees and charges for Board services. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 34 of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958. 3. Fees and charges for Board services In item 1 of the Third Schedule to the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 19941 for "$365.00" substitute "$411.00". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
