No. 107/2001 Motor Car Traders Act 1986 Motor Car Traders (Fees) Regulations 2001 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 October 2001 Responsible Minister: MARSHA THOMSON Minister for Consumer Affairs HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase fees relating to licences for motor car traders. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 90 of the Motor Car Traders Act 1986. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 December 2001. 4. New Schedule 2 substituted For Schedule 2 to the Motor Car Traders Regulations 1998 1 substitute— "SCHEDULE 2 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
